Hello World!

I love macaroni and cheese, and Sacramento has a plethora of styles to try. It turns out that there are a few camps when it comes to mac n' cheese, which I am still trying to discern. I think that there is definitely a dry-gooey divide. In addition, there's also a classic/homestyle<--->gourmet/frou-frou spectrum. I'll be developing a rating system and use it to describe everything, but I don't plan to critique too heavily, as everyone's preferences are different and I just want to be a guide!
